Our retention period for contact submissions in the website inbox is 90 days. Submissions become eligible for automatic deletion after that period and are removed through scheduled cleanup. Cleanup interruptions or a processing backlog may delay removal; this is not a guarantee that deletion occurs at exactly 90 days.
Deleting a website inbox submission does not automatically delete separate copies in business correspondence, email services, backups, or hosting logs. Those records follow separate retention schedules based on their purpose, applicable obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
